  • PROCESSING TIMES
    Orders are processed based on item availability and payment clearance. During peak periods, availability may change while orders are processed. Standard Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends begin processing on the following Monday and ship within 2-4 business days. Extended Processing: Some items may have longer processing times, which will be clearly indicated on the product and cart pages.
  • CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
    Shipping addresses cannot be altered post-order placement. Ensure the correct shipping address is entered at the time of ordering.
  • ORDER TRACKING
    Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Multiple Shipments: Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, each with its own tracking information.
  • TAXES
    Charges: Taxes are charged based on the applicable laws of the shipping destination. Checkout Display: Taxes shown at checkout are an estimate and may slightly vary based on the final calculation.
  • UPDATING ORDERS
    Once placed, orders cannot be changed. To add items, please place a new order.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • ORDER CANCELLATIONS
    Cancellations: We generally cannot change or cancel an order once placed. Automatic Refunds: During high volume periods, if inventory runs out, your order may be automatically cancelled and refunded.
  • PRE-ORDERS
    Availability: Items available for pre-order will be noted on the product page along with the expected shipping date. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order by contacting our Customer Service prior to the ship date. Combined Shipping: Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available. We do not ship items separately.
  • PAYMENT OPTIONS
    Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Charges are applied once the order is shipped.
  • LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
    Carrier Delays: Sometimes carriers may prematurely mark a package as “Delivered”. It is often delivered within the next four business days. Not Received: If more than four business days have passed and your order is still not received, despite showing as “Delivered”, please check around your delivery area and contact Viversio Customer Service for further assistance. Carrier Issues: If tracking shows no activity for more than 5 business days, contact our Customer Service to look into the matter. Liability: Viversio is not liable for missing packages that are marked delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. For reorders, please place a new order using the funds from your return.
  • SHIP METHODS
    Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 in the DUBAI. Available Shipping Options in Dubai: Economy: Delivery within 4 to 7 business days via local courier services. Standard: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days via local courier services. Express: Order by Noon Gulf Standard Time. Processing begins the same day. Delivery within 2 to 3 business days. Priority: Order by Noon Gulf Standard Time. Processing begins the same day. Delivery within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships from our warehouse. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses must select Economy shipping. Please note that transit times may vary for these addresses.
  • CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
    Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed. Please ensure the correct address is entered at checkout.
  • SHIPMENT TRACKING
    Track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email or by logging into your Viversio account.
  • ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS
    International customers are currently unable to purchase E-Gift Cards. If you have an existing E-Gift Card and wish to use it, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
    Currency and Language: International customers can shop on our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu. Duties & Taxes: For the UK, EU, Australia, and other specified regions, all prices include import duties and taxes. For other countries, duties & taxes are calculated at checkout, with options for DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Please note, if you choose DDU, you will be responsible for paying duties & taxes upon delivery. When ordering from Viversio, which ships products globally, you may be subject to customs duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to clear VAT and any other taxes. This involves dealing with your local customs authority to ensure all dues are paid according to your country’s regulations.
  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
    Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Initiate a Return: Start your return via our international returns portal. A pre-paid label or a return slip will be emailed to you based on the chosen method. Pre-paid Returns: Subject to a return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Consult the shipping table for specific country fees. Self-postage Returns: Send items back using your preferred shipper. Note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend insuring your package and providing tracking information to our Customer Service.
  • CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
    Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend initiating a return for the item you wish to send back and placing a new order for the replacement item. Once we receive and process your returned item at our warehouse, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
  • CAN I REPRINT MY LABEL OR OBTAIN A MOBILE CODE AGAIN?
    Yes! If you need to reprint your return label or obtain your Mobile Return Code again, please ensure you have already registered your return. Visit our Viversio Return Portal, enter your order number and email address, and follow the prompts. This portal also allows you to manage your return, cancel your return request, and track the status of your return.
  • WHERE IS MY RETURN?
    Once your return package is on its way back to our warehouse, the return process has started. We will notify you once the return is received and inspected, which can take up to 5 business days from when your return tracking information shows ‘Delivered’. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
  • WHAT IF PART OF MY ORDER IS CANCELED?
    If part of your order is canceled, it will affect your annual spend total, potentially impacting your progress towards Gold Access.
  • IS VIVERSIO REWARDS FREE?
    Yes, joining Viversio Rewards is completely free. Simply download the Viversio app and register with your email.
  • HOW DO I JOIN?
    Download Viversio app from your mobile store, sign up using your email, and instantly become a Silver Access member. If you already have a Viversio account, log in with the same credentials.
  • WHAT ARE VIVERSIO REWARDS MEMBERSHIP LEVELS?
    Silver Access: Automatically get early access to new and app-exclusive products, waived return fees, and priority notifications on restocks. Join by downloading the Viversio app and signing up with your email. Gold Access: Reach Gold status by meeting specific purchase or engagement thresholds to unlock premium benefits, including first access to select new releases, free shipping on all orders, expedited refunds, and priority customer support.

  • DO PAST PURCHASES COUNT TOWARDS TIER PROGRESSION?
    For a limited time, purchases made within the last 12 months before joining the program may count towards your Gold Access qualification.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN ITEMS?
    Returns will affect your progress towards Gold Access, as the spending associated with returned items will be deducted from your annual total.
